STUDY INFORMATION |
||
STUDY PURPOSE: To determine the effectiveness of a new medication for the management of chronic low back pain as well as reducing the likelihood of experiencing constipation when compared to a placebo. Ideal candidates for this study are those who are currently taking a narcotic medication on a daily basis (e.g. Vicodin, Norco, etc.)
STUDY LENGTH: 4 months with 9 study visits to our Watt Avenue study center. COMPENSATION: Yes, enrolled participants receive $450.00 for participation. INSURANCE RESTRICTIONS: There are no insurance restrictions. COST FOR PARTICIPATING: Taking part in a clinical research study is free of charges. |
