Athlete's foot is a fungal infection that develops in the moist areas between your toes and sometimes on other parts of your foot. Athlete's foot usually causes itching, stinging and burning. Athlete's foot, also called tinea pedis, is the most common type of fungal infection. It's closely related to other fungal infections such as ringworm and jock itch. STUDY PURPOSE: The purpose of this study is to compare the effectiveness of two topical creams in the treatment of Athlete's Foot. STUDY LENGTH: 1.5 months with 3 study visits to our Watt Avenue study center. COMPENSATION: Yes, enrolled participants receive compensation. INSURANCE RESTRICTIONS: There are no insurance restrictions. COST FOR PARTICIPATING: Taking part in a clinical research study is free of charge. |
